How does Keystone work? Introduction, menus and settings

  • When you log in to KeyStone, you arrive at your personal dashboard.
  • Here you will find an overview of your recent projects and tutorials.
  • To create projects, go to the 'Studio'. You can easily start a new project using the button in the top right.
  • Under 'Content' you will find all the necessary materials like images, quizzes and articles that you can use in your projects.
  • There are several standard folders here, but you can also create new collections using the button on the top right.
  • In addition to collections with objects and images, you can also create interactive quizzes and articles. You can place these in your projects later to make them more interactive.
  • For sharing a project, we use the 'access' page. Here you can create protected access links with password which you can send to others to invite them to your project.
  • Finally, there is the 'catalog'. This is a public website where you can publish selected projects. Think of an overview of all your virtual lessons or tours. By default, this page is offline and can be set online by the owner of the environment.
  • At the top of the screen, you can set the desired language of the interface and choose a dark or light theme.
  • Click on your name in the top right for more settings. Under the 'Account' tab, you can adjust your account information.
  • Owners of the workspace can adjust the logo and description of the team under the 'Workspace' tab. They can also invite new team members or transfer management rights here.
